Mary has extensive experience managing the finances and operations for real estate development companies. Prior to joining Spina & Co, Mary oversaw the day-to-day operations at Ben Franklin Residences, a well-established real estate development firm in Philadelphia with a construction and property management arm.

She managed company-wide financial assets valued at over $15 million, including bookkeeping for more than 150 new construction residential and commercial developments and over 400 real estate transactions.

Her diligent work and keen attention to detail proved invaluable in driving the company’s productivity and continuous success. Outside of work, Mary spends quality time with family and her pets.
